Environmental education constantly lives in a state of tension. This session shows how outdoor learning can spark curiosity while addressing environmental challenges, access, and equity. Through storytelling, reflection, and practical strategies, educators will design experiences that are joyful, inclusive, and meaningful. Designed for teachers, outdoor educators, and program leaders, this session moves beyond “either/or” thinking and toward balance.
