This session explores effective strategies for engaging middle and high school students in environmental education programs outside of school hours, highlighting both common challenges and successful approaches from real-world practice. The session will highlight examples of program models, participant feedback, and adaptations made to programs, and provide time for participants to identify barriers within their own contexts and brainstorm actionable strategies they can implement.
