2026 CAEE Advancing EE Conference

Andrea's career came full circle in 2019 when she returned to ACES—the site of her first "dream job" as a naturalist—to oversee ACES' education programs. Prior to her current role at ACES, she worked at KQED, the San Francisco Bay Area's public media station, developing science education resources and facilitating professional learning for educators. She has also taught and developed marine science and environmental science programs on Catalina Island and in the San Francisco Bay Area. Andrea holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Teaching from the University of San Francisco.
