About me
Sustain Ed Farms, a local non-profit that runs school gardens in the Denver Public School District, is working three graduate student consultants from University of Colorado Boulder’s Master of the Environment program. Jake Meltzer has a variety of farm and restaurant experience and is specializing in Sustainable Food Systems (SFS), Ashley Hopfer is a paralegal specializing in Environmental and Natural Resource Policy (ENRP), and Camille Britt is a Choctaw researcher dual specializing in SFS and ENRP.
