Dori Tilko is an Environmental Trainer with the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment, where she’s spent over 20 years helping City of Denver employees protect land, air, water and public health. She’s known for creating a dynamic, ever-evolving training program that includes multiple ways to learn by keeping content interesting and relevant. Having delivered over 500 training sessions, Dori treats each presentation like a conversation, focused on building relationships and solving problems. Her engaging style makes complex environmental topics accessible, while inspiring collaboration and positive change. Having baked and handed out over 18,000 brownies, she knows how to make her trainings memorable.
